Our Story
Hillcrest Living is a serious, organised provider with two connected focuses: healthcare staffing that is active now, and women-only supported living accommodation that we are developing properly for women aged 65+.
Built on healthcare and support sector understanding, we believe great support is relationship-led — practical day-to-day help with the companionship and consistency that help people feel secure.
We are not trying to look like a giant care organisation. We are building calmly and honestly: preparing accommodation, shaping our support model, and supporting care providers with reliable staffing in the meantime.
Every support plan we design will be shaped around real routines and real preferences, so support feels natural rather than disruptive when our accommodation opens.
